Thursday, May 19th Program

8:00 am
Registration Opens. Closes at 7pm today, re-opens at 8am Fri.
Hospitality Area Opens (in Lobby). Free coffee and donuts until 10am (or while supplies last).
Pick up Run Sheets for Poker Run in Registration area.
American Motorcyclist Assoc. Booth Opens in Lobby area.
50/50 Booth Opens in Registration Area.

10:00 am
Trade Show Opens. Closes at 7pm, and re-opens Friday at 10am.

noon-6:30 pm
Finish Line for those who finish the Poker Run today. Go to Seminar Room adjacent to Registration.

4:00 pm
Last Bike Out today for shortest route. If you don't leave NOW then you won't be able to make the check points today!! But remember, you can finish or do the run tomorrow!

5:00 pm
Check Point #1, #2, and #3 close for today
Today's Contingency Prize Winners posted by the Barnett Harley-Davidson booth in the Trade Show. More drawn tomorrow.

Announcement of the 50/50 Drawing Winner, Poker Run Winners and Consolation Cash Prize drawings! Winners of Poker Run prizes must be present and have armband on & SS# to win.
